About us

Do you have a doctor on staff?

No. We're not a clinic and we don't pretend to be one. We're a peptide shop. If you need clinical oversight, please work with a qualified healthcare professional. If you've already done that work and just need a fair source for the compound, that's what we do.

Do you write prescriptions?

No. We sell research-grade peptides under standard research-use framing. No prescriptions involved on our end.

Are you legal in Colombia?

We operate as a research-peptide supplier. The peptide category sits in a gray zone in Colombia — not formally registered with INVIMA as medicines, but sold widely under research-use framing. Each customer is responsible for their own decisions about use. We're transparent about what we are and don't make therapeutic claims.

Who runs Medellin Peptides.co?

A small team based in Medellín. We deliberately don't put names and faces on the public site — partly for privacy, partly because it shouldn't matter. What matters is whether the product is good and the price is fair. If you want to know more, message us on WhatsApp.

The product

Where does your Retatrutide come from?

From a vetted overseas peptide manufacturer. We share the supplier's certificate of analysis (COA) on request via WhatsApp. We don't disclose the supplier publicly for competitive reasons, but we're happy to walk you through their documentation before you order.

Is it lab-tested?

Every batch ships with the supplier's COA documenting purity and identity. We're working toward independent third-party verification on every batch — when that's fully in place we'll say so prominently. Until then, we share what we have honestly: supplier COA available on request.

Why don't you carry the other peptides yet?

We launched with Retatrutide because that's what people were asking us for most. Adding more SKUs means more supplier relationships, more inventory capital, and more vetting work. We'll add Tirzepatide, Tesamorelin, GHK-Cu, and BPC-157 as we work through the supply chain. Join the waitlist on each product page and we'll let you know when they land.

Will you tell me what dose to take?

No. We're not a clinic. The "target dose" options in our reconstitution calculator reflect commonly-cited research dose ranges from peer-reviewed literature, but those aren't prescriptions. Dosing decisions are between you and your doctor.

Pricing & payment

How can your pricing be so much lower than US clinics?

Three reasons. (1) Operating cost in Medellín is meaningfully lower than US cities. (2) We're a small direct operation, not a venture-funded telehealth company recouping marketing spend. (3) We're not adding a "physician oversight" premium because we don't pretend to provide it. The molecule is the same; the overhead is different.

How do I pay?

Crypto (USDT or USDC — 5% discount), Wise Business international transfer, or Colombian COP bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, we pack and ship within 24–48 hours.

Do you offer refunds?

If a vial arrives damaged, mislabeled, or visibly off-spec, we refund or replace immediately. We don't refund for "it didn't work the way I hoped" — peptides have published response rates and side-effect profiles. You should research before ordering.

Shipping & access

Where do you ship?

Within Colombia only. We don't ship internationally and we don't ship to the US. If you're visiting Medellín and want to pick up locally, message us and we'll arrange it.

I'm flying in to Medellín — can I pick up here?

Yes. WhatsApp us before you arrive with your dates and we'll coordinate hotel delivery, office pickup in El Poblado, or whatever works.

How does cold-chain shipping work?

Insulated packaging with ice packs. Domestic Colombia shipping via Servientrega, Coordinadora, or local moto courier in Medellín. Transit 24–72 hours depending on city. If transit will exceed safe cold-chain window, we delay shipping rather than risk product quality.

Safety

What if I have a serious side effect?

Call your local emergency services first. Then contact your own doctor. We're a peptide supplier, not a medical provider — we can't manage adverse events for you. Please don't use any peptide without understanding the side-effect profile and having a way to get medical care if you need it.

What contraindications should I know about?

Each product page lists the major contraindications drawn from the published research (MTC/MEN2 history, pregnancy, severe pancreatitis history, etc.). These aren't exhaustive — your doctor is the right person to evaluate your specific medical history.

Why won't you sell to me if I haven't worked with a doctor?

We'll sell to any adult who orders. But we strongly recommend working with a qualified healthcare professional, especially for the GLP-1 category (Retatrutide, Tirzepatide). These molecules have real adverse-event profiles and dose-titration matters. We're a fair source for the compound — we're not a substitute for medical judgment.
